In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times above are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 20 days from the invoice date to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Totokaelo and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Your shipment will include a printed invoice/return form. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. The invoice/return form does not need to be complete to qualify for a return. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Shipping Fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping & Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

You can submit refund requests within:

10 business days after the order is delivered;
45 business days since your order was placed. You can do it by sending an email at [email protected]

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

How can I cancel an order?

You’ll have the option to cancel your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. Scroll down to find the “Changed Your Mind?” section. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, email [email protected]and we’ll help find an alternative solution.

I accidentally canceled my order, can I resume it?

If you’ve canceled your order on site and want to receive your order after all, the best way to do so is by placing a new order at checkout. Email [email protected] if you have any questions — we’re here to help.

I canceled my order, but I’m not sure it went through. Can you confirm it has been canceled?

If you’ve canceled your order using the link in your order confirmation email, you’ll receive another email once the order has successfully been canceled. If you haven’t received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at [email protected] (and include your original #GLO order number) and we’ll take a look!

I don’t see the option to self-cancel! How can I cancel my order?
